Formulation and Evaluation of Euterpeoleracea In-Situ Gel for Better Treatment of Conjunctivitis

Introduction: This study is to formulate the Euterpe Oleracea in-situ gel for better treatment of conjunctivitis. The ophthalmic drug solution can treat ocular infections effectively. Aim: Formulation and evaluation Eutepe conjunctivitis Methodology: containing prepared by using different polymers like carbopol-940, HPMC K15, K100, K4M, as a pH triggered gelling system, these are used controlled release increase bioavailability. Result: After formulation it will undergo i.e. visual appearance, pH, clarity checking, capacity, content rheological studies, in-vitro sterility testing were determined. in situ was clear transparent, having good capacity. Conclusion: formulations determined be 98%. Developed stable, non-irritant, effective therapeutically form sustained release.
